1. I understand and agree that this material is presented as a study aid only, and that the material required to pass the Canadian Citizenship test is available free of charge from the Government of Canada.
2. I understand and agree that it is up to me, the test-taker, to study for the Canadian Citizenship Test, and that simply enroling in the Canadian Citizenship Test Kit in no way guarantees my success on the actual test. Recommendations on how to take advantage of the information on this website are available on the How to Use This Website page.
3. I understand and agree that Google Translate is provided as an optional automated translation service, but that Canadian Citizenship Test Kit strongly recommend that I do NOT use it. If I choose to use Google Translate, I do so at my own risk.
4. I understand and agree that every effort has been made to make the material on Canadian Citizenship Test Kit as accurate and current as possible, but that the material is presented “as is” and there is no guarantee, implied or explicit, as to the accuracy of any material on this website. Further, I understand and agree that no warranty is made or implied that the service will be uninterrupted. I understand and agree that service may be interrupted for reasons such technical or maintenance issues, or for other reasons. I will not attempt hold Canadian Citizenship Test Kit liable for any service interruption howsoever caused, or for of any duration.
5. I understand and agree that memberships are sold to individuals, and are to be used by the individual who registers and pays for membership. Multiple log-ins at the same time will result in all but one user being logged out automatically. Further, password sharing may result in membership privileges being revoked, with no refund. This will be done at the sole discretion of Canadian Citizenship Test Kit. Further, I understand and agree that I am responsible for all activities that occur within my account, and that my membership may be revoked, or service refused, at the sole discretion of Canadian Citizenship Test Kit.
6. I understand and agree that as a condition of membership on this site, it is not permitted for any part of this site, or the information on it, to be printed, shared, or stored by any means by members and that steps have been taken to prevent users from performing these actions, with the exception of the Discover Canada resources which are provided by, and copyright of, the Government of Canada.
